Terms of Business for Bamibo Health
These terms apply to healthcare facilities, organisations and clients who request staffing support from Bamibo Health.
1. About Bamibo Health
Bamibo Health provides healthcare staffing solutions to healthcare facilities across Ireland. Our services may include the supply or coordination of nurses, social care workers, support workers and healthcare assistants, subject to availability, suitability and agreed client requirements.
2. Services Provided
Bamibo Health may provide staffing support for short-term cover, urgent staffing needs, planned absence cover, temporary staffing, ongoing workforce support and other healthcare staffing requirements agreed with the client.
3. Client Responsibility
Healthcare facilities and client organisations are responsible for providing accurate information about the role, shift time, service location, care setting, duties, required experience, compliance expectations and any special requirements relevant to the staffing request.
4. Candidate and Worker Suitability
Bamibo Health aims to consider candidate experience, availability, documentation and suitability before supporting staffing arrangements. Final staffing support may depend on availability, role requirements and compliance checks.
5. No Fees Charged to Candidates or Job-Seekers
Bamibo Health does not charge candidates or job-seekers a fee solely for seeking employment or for agreeing to seek employment. Staffing fees are charged to client organisations or healthcare facilities, not to candidates for the purpose of finding work.
6. Client Fees
Client fees are agreed with healthcare facilities based on the nature of the staffing requirement. Fees may vary depending on role type, shift pattern, urgency, location, duration, service complexity, out-of-hours requirements, public holidays, specialist experience or other agreed factors.
Bamibo Health reserves the right to provide client-specific quotations, rate cards or written fee agreements before confirming staffing support.
7. Booking and Confirmation
A staffing request is not confirmed until Bamibo Health confirms availability and agreement with the client. Clients should provide staffing requests as early as possible to allow proper coordination.
8. Cancellations
Cancellation terms may depend on the nature of the booking, timing of cancellation, urgency of the request and any agreement made with the client. Bamibo Health may issue specific cancellation terms in writing where required.
9. Timesheets and Work Records
Where applicable, clients may be required to verify shifts, timesheets, attendance or completed work records. Accurate verification supports fair payment, invoicing and service administration.
10. Invoicing and Payment
Invoices will be issued to client organisations according to the agreed fee structure, booking arrangement or written quotation. Payment terms may be agreed separately with each client.

13. Limitation
Bamibo Health will make reasonable efforts to support staffing requests, but staffing availability is not guaranteed. Services are subject to worker availability, suitability, documentation, client requirements and operational capacity.
